Negative experience: Worst real estate service ever! As a tenant i havent seen anyone worse than them in Sydney in last 20 years. They will take whatever it takes to keep the maximum of your bond. No worries you will get the revenge back from nature soon. My colleague told me , not to rent an apartment from them but i made the mistake. Will never recommend anyone to get in trap there are hundreds of other real estate in the area, look for them ....its a big No No from me

Negative experience: BE WARNED - This is a deceitful company that preys on those who's English is not their first spoken. You will pay for hot water utility not listed in your agreement, they do not notify you that you are a boarder rather than a tenant until it's too late when sitting to sign your agreement. When you approach them to address anything they deny and refuse Currently awaiting tribunal decision to exit with finality. I recommend avoiding at all costs.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with the agent, Jesse Bertolacci. Throughout my tenancy process, I found her communication unprofessional and unhelpful, which caused me significant stress — especially as I was 6 months pregnant at the time. I also felt that my English not being perfect was treated negatively, and at times I felt judged or spoken to in a way that made me uncomfortable. As someone who wasn’t born here, this felt very unfair and disheartening. I hope no one else has to feel this way. Fortunately, I was able to speak directly with the property owner, who was shocked by what happened and helped resolve the situation. Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending this agent. I hope future tenants receive more respectful and professional treatment.

He's the most reliable and approachable property manager I've ever had. Ensures the property is maintained well and sends out any relevant comms to us when needed.
