Negative experience: They were great when you are signing up for a lease but following up on issues within the house/apartment is impossible. They never responded to weeks worth of emails. Constantly following up on requests and getting told someone will be in contact with no response ever received. Won't ever be using these guys again and would recommend other to steer clear. Appalling service.

Negative experience: I attended a property inspection and was very concerned with the state of the home. A large, damaged wall had what appeared to be mould. When I asked the agent about the issue, they responded that it was a 'feature wall.' This was a major red flag for me, as the property felt unlivable and the response from the agent was misleading. I do not recommend this agency if you are looking for a safe and habitable living space.
