Fantastic experience: I worked with Anthony Angelis to rent out an investment property in early February 2026 and he was exceptional in the process. Anthony was very professional, reliable and committed to ensuring the property was rented out ASAP (he found a tenant immediately after the first and only open for inspection, which occurred mid-week). I appreciate this effort and would recommend Anthony and the Mint Property Management Team to landlords that are looking for a professional team to manage their real estate. I have been using the Mint Team for more than a decade and they have been consistently good and I have never thought about switching to a different team - if you are on the lookout for a new property management team, give them a go.

Negative experience: It takes a lot to push me to leave a poor review however, I’m being treated like I don’t matter and that is unacceptable. Mint Belfield’s mission statement/philosophy is ‘To provide outstanding service’ and they ‘strive to shine as the premier agents in our area, always looking to find better ways to achieve our clients' goals’; well, their property management team seem to have missed the memo. I’ve vacated my apartment and I have been advised that I’m getting my full bond returned however I’ve been reduced to begging Sana for my bond back. I let her know in advance that I need my bond back urgently however she’s not capable of releasing my bond because she is overwhelmed with her workflow or she’s incapable of doing her job. I’m at my wits end and left with no choice but to leave a poor review and reach out to the owner of the company for assistance with this process. Hopefully he is not overwhelmed with his workload and knows how to release a bond?!

Negative experience: Never received a proper solutions for so many outstanding maintenance items at our property in Punchbowl Road. Katina never responded with a solution. She just kept on sending emails saying that she will follow up but for over a year minimum solutions were given. It was a frustrating process

Fantastic experience: Working with Katina throughout our property application process has been an absolute pleasure. She kept us well-informed at every stage, making sure we always felt in the loop. Negative experience: I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Mint Property Agents, particularly with agent Katina Grilis. After vacating a property I rented through them, I was met with a complete lack of transparency and professionalism regarding the return of my bond. Despite repeated requests, I was never provided with photographic evidence of the alleged damages or receipts for the cleaning charges they claimed. I was also excluded from the final inspection process and never received a report, which is a basic expectation for any tenant. To make matters worse, the conduct of Katina was rude and unprofessional throughout the process, making an already frustrating situation even worse. I contacted the owner, Paul Errichiello by email to voice my concerns and request a resolution but I received no response whatsoever. It’s shocking how poorly this was handled. I do not recommend Mint Property Agents to tenants who expect fair treatment, proper communication, and basic respect.

Negative experience: Our experience with the real estate agents at Mint was deeply disappointing, particularly due to their rude and dishonest behavior. When we expressed interest in a property, the information provided to us was inconsistent and misleading, which became evident when a friend inquired about the same property and received entirely different details. This lack of transparency and professionalism left us feeling frustrated and distrustful of their practices.

Negative experience: I always had a positive experience with the rental agency when I was renting but as soon as I left, I felt the attitudes changed. It was like a bad breakup of sorts. Once I left the rental property I was asked to pay for a damage that wasn't caused by me. The property manager didn't double check the conditions report to confirm if the damage was already exisiting and I was quoted $300 for a minor scratch on the kitchen cupboard. Disappointed how it ended.

However, intentionally delayed having me sign the contract, only to sell the property to someone else for a lower price. This kind of unprofessional and unethical behavior is unacceptable. Negative experience: Very unprofessional. This agent called Katina Grilis is very rude, doesn't listen at all of what the client has to say. She even hungs up the phone! I will never rent again from Mint, it was fine until Katina Grilis took over.

Negative experience: Worse real estate I have dealt with in the past 15 year, if I can give them 0 starts I would. Completely dishonest property manager. I tell every renter out there be carful , they do not care about the tenant no matter how good you are, they made me believe they are trying to help me but when I ended up at the tribunal (their dishonesty was a major factor & their wrong advise) I saw the emails to the owner and how two faced they where. They lied to my face and on top of that they gave the owner the legally wrong advice.
