I can’t remember how long we have been with them and trusting them with our rental property, but I wouldn’t change a thing. Our property manager Olivia goes above and beyond, in a job that is largely thankless as both landlords and tenants only really ask them for help when things go wrong! Negative experience: The real estate agent was very quick to respond to communications and was able to answer all of our questions about a house. However I found his tone of language to be belittling and demanding at times particularly in the negotiation of our offer to purchase a home. He did not say congratulations to me over the phone when he initially notified that our offer was accepted. I hope my experience was limited to that particular individual and not a reflection on the company.
