Negative experience: Really worst !! Never ever contact them !! Highly unprofessional !! They threaten you and don't even provide a quote for replacements! Very soon, Department of Fait Trading reaching them for compensation ! There are very good agencies in the town. Having all email proofs to submit to authorities.

Negative experience: I found R&H Toowoomba to be extremely difficult and extremely frustrating to deal with. I engaged them to manage my property. Within two weeks I felt that I could not trust them; I believe work they said was required, wasn’t done. I emailed them several times asking them not to pay the invoice until I had clarified issues about the work stated to have been done. They completely ignored me and paid the invoice immediately! I felt they absolutely ignored any concerns that I raised with them. I have lodged a claim with Office of Fair Trading against R&H Toowoomba. I regret ever picking up the phone to this lot!
