Fantastic experience: Our need to downsize was daunting but Dean made the change much easier. . As our Garden meant so much to us we were reluctant to sell and move on. Dean listened to what we wanted, our reasons for having to re-locate and his attention to details made the process smooth and it all happened very quickly. Fantastic experience: 6 years as a tenant with Colliers went very smoothly. Communication was their best asset. Kirsty, the property manager was very helpful and informative, guiding us all the way from rental contracts down to exiting the property. They are very thorough with the exit inspection, and allowed us time to come back and rectify the issues. Negative experience: Summarising: The agent after we signed the contract tried to make me to give up by changing the covenant of the development in a doggy maneuverer . Luckily I've got a good solicitor (that was not his partner) who managed to get him to fall back. He also tried to interfere thought the construction company and even my lender. I do not regret about the business but the headache and stress it cause me was huge. I am suspicions he made it to other people as land prices were rising up and he took a chance to get more money by cheating people, making them to give up and selling again for a higher price. No work, unscrupulous

Fantastic experience: You͏ only get one chance with first impressions. Dominic Parker, called out of the blue and wanted to get to know our little family and if there was an opportunity for us to look into at our vision and long term goals. After talking with my wife and basically getting our 5 year plan in place, the main goal was not to be encumbered and how we were going to achieve this. So after much debate we decided to move back into our parents house and help renovations a d further set up our future. We called Dominic back and opted for a meet. I told him what I expected out of him and he was committed to backing himself, I loved his confidence on wanting to achieve an end result. His ability to ask the awkward questions and be tenacious with his follow up was great, at the end of the day buyers need to respect they are walking into someone's home and if we decide to sell we want to know who, what, when, where and why. He always answered his phone and when he didn't he always called back. He was only too happy to help at every stage and every occasion and without having to be prompted he considered everything.
