Fantastic experience: We would highly recommend RealWay property management and sales team...especially for interstate owners. They have been managing our property since July 2024 & recently achieved an off market sale for us. Everyone in the team has been a pleasure to work with, their systems and reporting works well and they are easy to talk too even from another state.

Negative experience: Do not rent property through this real estate, once you leave they will not return the bond to you and will try and to make every claim that the property you rent is not clean and needs more cleaning when professional cleaners were hired the first time. They will make claims that the carpets are not cleaned when they are and we have proof that they were done. They make claims that they need to take the bond to pay for these services. They are very vague on details and will not provide you with details regarding the claims so that you can review and see what they are talking about. I asked several time for a copy of the photos and was told they wouldn’t send me them because it was to hard to send them through. I do not recommend this real estate. If you have property and they manage it for you they don’t respect the rights of the tenants and just take everything from them to keep themselves happy.

Negative experience: Matthew Barr is the worst ever agent i dealt with. Made false promises for higher commision. I have submitted a written offer for one of the property in north toowoomba which he presented to the vendor and vendor accepted the offer on Friday. This agent congratulated me and told me that i would receive the contract on Monday for signing. Monday afternoon when I called he said he received other higher offers and told me to increase my offer. Even after I increased my offer he stopped responding to my messages. After multiple follow-ups he told me the vendor accepted other offer. He is unethical, unprofessional and has no common-sense. He played with my emotions and giving bs excuses saying I have to present higher offers even after offer is accepted. He is not worth for 0 rating seriously. Because of him I have missed out on other properties now they are all under contract.

Positive experience: At one of their showings, Sam appeared annoyed and didn’t offer any information in addition to the actual house. When I enquired in relation to comparable for the property (to gauge the sort of price range we are looking at), he unhelpfully and perhaps condescendingly told me how to look up sold statistics on realestate.com… I have had wondering showings from Realway at other properties previously. But it is a shame that it just takes one bad showing to give people a bad taste. Selling someone’s properties is not a trivial pursuit (for the owner). I would have liked the agent responsible for my property to be able and willing to engage with prospective buyers.

Fantastic experience: It’s early days into a lease, but we moved to Realway after experiencing a systemic failure of professionalism and accountability with another agency. So far, it’s like we’ve been shopping from Temu for the past year and have finally stepped into Harrods. There’s time for things to go wrong, but the staff have so far been nice, organised, and we don’t feel that we’re being ripped off or exploited. I’ve never seen an entry condition report as detailed as the one we received from Realway - I feel for the poor soul who put that together but it shows a level of respect for the property that our previous agency were incapable of offering. Hoping for a painless and mutually beneficial working relationship moving forward. The signs are there!

Negative experience: The lack of human empathy from Grace is unprofessional and just down right unacceptable from someone who is a mother. Leaving tenants without basic hygiene needs, on multiple occasions putting a mother and her baby in danger and simply hanging up or yelling at them. She is dragging your business to the ground and opening you up to multiple lawsuits.

Fantastic experience: From the very beginning, Louise took the time to understand my needs and preferences, which made all the difference. She is incredibly knowledgeable and down to earth unlike most agents I've met. What stood out the most was her responsiveness and dedication. Whenever I had questions or needed to see a property, she was quick to respond and always willing to accommodate my where possible. I did find a home with another agent but I hope to keep in touch for future rentals.

Negative experience: I have had an absolute smorgasbord of failings involving RealWay. Cooper does not understand the importance of actually looking after a reasonable landlord and their investment property. I can not and will not recommend Cooper and his team to anyone as they are nothing short of a disaster. I have transferred my investment property to another property management firm and trust that I will never be so disappointed.
