Fantastic experience: I spent over a year looking at properties and met many selling agents—some were good, some not so good. In the end, I purchased an investment property through Cole. I asked a lot of questions, and he always responded carefully and thoroughly. For example, when I asked who built the house, he provided clear answers. I arranged two building inspections, and he was punctual and present at the property both times. He is very enthusiastic, attentive and highly professional. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I have been renting through Hot property for the past year and half and have had nothing but an amazing experience. Definitely a real estate that cares about their tenants no matter your circumstances or social class, they treat everyone fairly and with respect and understanding. When they come and do inspections it doesn’t feel awkward or intrusive and are understanding when you have children or a sole parent. I have rented with a couple of real estate’s prior but Hot Property definitely is the best by far. I am so thankful they gave me a chance!

Negative experience: Poor experience with this company. As I live outside Toowoomba, I was relying of Hot Property to manage my Property accordingly. The agent assigned was not competent in the role and failed to follow up on outstanding issues. When management were notified via email, they too choose to ignore my requests. Very poor customer service .
