Fantastic experience: Some of these reviews are absolutely shocking to me. I have nothing but absolute praise for my Property Manger, Tracey. She has been my PM for many years (nearly 10+) over several properties & her work ethic, professionalism & punctuality is out of this world. Maintenance is attended to swiftly & her communication is second to none. I’m not treated as ‘just another tenant’, she shows me respect & courtesy each & every time I see her. Zero faults!! Keep up the amazing work, Tracey!!

Fantastic experience: Mel was excellent to deal with. She understood the market and always got back to us promptly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We highly recommend her.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this agency for property management or tenancies. In my experience, the management was unprofessional and reactive, the communication between the staff members is seriously lacking. Significant maintenance issues, including a faulty toilet, were left unaddressed for months, and I found the agency to be untrustworthy regarding property security after finding our back door left open following a viewing (not to mention entry without notice or without proper notice as required by law) Advice to future tenants or tenants who may unfortunately be renting through Ray White: I highly recommend taking hundreds of photos and being extremely thorough with your Entry Condition Report. In my case, the agency attempted to claim bond money for pre-existing issues clearly documented on the entry report and issues created by their own inability to secure the premises after we had vacated.

Negative experience: I'm not a client of Ray White Toowoomba, and thanks to Tracey Jackson I never will be. I was truly appalled at her astounding lack of professionalism when I attended an open home last week. Any reasonable person would agree that a property manager should have (at bare minimum) adequate people-facing and customer service skills. Unfortunately, not a trace of such skills are to be found in Tracey. Upon reaching the entrance to the listed property, she asked me my name. No friendly greeting, no eye contact, interesting way to greet a potential tenant but I'm not overtly bothered by it. I tell her my name, spelling it out to be helpful. As she huffs and scrolls through her phone, I then add, "Sorry, I haven't pre-registered." Tracey's response? A frustrated "OH, you could've started with that." I was utterly baffled and taken aback by the aggressive comment. When I responded, in shock, that she also could have asked me if I had already registered, she doubled down: "What do you think I'm asking your name for??" I explained that I hadn't been to a rental viewing before, that since she had only asked my name, I thought perhaps she was registering me then and there. For instance, I've viewed properties for sale in the past where I have always registered my details at the door of the open home. Although I spoke much more calmly than she had, she then scoffed back, "Okay. You don't have to be so rude." Several other people who were inspecting turned in surprise to look at her during this time. I was begrudgingly allowed in to view the property, although she made a concerted effort to roll her eyes and walk away from me as I exited; I'm sure any further pretence of actually wanting to do her job was simply too difficult to bear at that point. I would hope at best that in this instance, a property manager simply must have forgotten how to appropriately speak to another human being that day. I am thankful to have witnessed such gross behaviour prior to signing anything. I would certainly hate to be a landlord whose interests are represented by such a disrespectful and unkind person as Tracey Jackson. Do better.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t be happier with our selling experience with Wade and Juan. From the word go they gave us the confidence we needed to get our house on the market. The communication was clear and consistent through the whole process. They are a great team and great blokes to get along with. Our family is now moving on to bigger and better things. Fantastic experience: Sam Akers was fantastic to work with. His communication was clear and consistent, and we always knew what was happening throughout the sale. He had a great grasp of the market, and his marketing plan ended up achieving a result well above what we were hoping for. We’d also worked with Sam previously while trying to buy, and really appreciated how much he cared and looked after us as buyers too. Overall we would definitely recommend Sam as your next agent!

Negative experience: as a first time renter, i get that it is hard to find somewhere to live and even be accepted as a tenant, but 6 calls and 6 different answers to my questions is unreasonable. the property manager of the place i was applying for was so rude on the phone and didn’t complete my application for the property manager part!! so i didnt even get the chance to accepted for the rental. unhappy with my experience

Fantastic experience: Christy Sternberg and Lisa Mundey at RW Toowoomba manage our investment property. They have done an exceptional job since we started working with them 2 years ago. Christy did a fantastic job vetting tenants for us. For example she advised us that with one set of applicants that one of their letters of reference came from the same IP address as the applicant themselves — ie it was a fake. With another applicant she got the low down from their previous rental agents on problems they’d caused. This sort of dedication and thoroughness is incredibly useful in ensuring that the right tenants are approved. And this has certainly been the case. Lisa, our agent for the property, attends to things immediately, gives us thorough inspection reports, finds and organises trades straight away. On top of that their fees are very reasonable compared to what we pay on our other properties elsewhere. We are incredibly happy we chose RWT. Spares us a lot of hassle and stress.
