Negative experience: Placing their advertising/junk pamphlets into mailboxes specifically requesting no junk/advertising material. If they can't follow simple instructions and the wishes of others', (basic ethics) I don't have much faith in their ability to conduct their business competently or ethically.

Negative experience: They will do anything to steal your bond money. I cleaned the place and Peter had a courtesy to say to me "it's filthy " does exact the same to another tenant. He refused for me to get my own professional cleaner. He said that they wont be at the owner's standards. Took more money due to I changed a bedroom door and inside of the door "needed" to be painted but since it was the same shade. Never rent from them again.

Negative experience: Worst service I have ever received so far only works in favour of house owner investors. When I left my apartment they come up with the bill of $700 which is comparatively very high We lived there for 2 years agent expected us to leave that apartment brand new threatened us saying there is small stain in a carpet I will make you pay for whole carpet and make you pay for expenses of whole wall to paint also try to make us feel bad coming up with the story like “owner cried in front of him looking the condition of apartment (we are not fool to believe in all of his story) Screaming at me and my husband in a phone not in a email so that they can save their back saying you should be shamed to leave that apartment dirty okay I understand if apartment is not clean enough you shouldn’t scream at other. You guys should be shamed to behave like that operating real estate you should be working in favour of both tenants and owners I don’t recommend anyone here think 10 times before leasing with them. I have lived 4 apartment I never paid anything because we always look after where we live. If you want your apartment brand you guys should not renting. And mind your language before screaming to anyone we are not that weak as you think we are
