Fantastic experience: We just signed the lease for a rental, and Richard & Michelle made the whole process so easy. We’d been looking for a property for about 6 weeks so we’ve had plenty of interactions with real estate agents in that time, and Richard & Michelle were by far the friendliest, most down-to-earth and easiest to work with.

Fantastic experience: Marian Hart has been amazing to work with, she has been my real estate agent for a year and a half now & she’s been super responsive. She’s looking to help both the tenant & the owner, she is very fair when it comes to bridging the gap between the two which is a fine line to tread. She’s also a lovely person, Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her!

Negative experience: Offered great service before renting the property. After that problems start coming up and the solution always take ages. Been living here for 6 months and they are still blaming strata for solving an outside light that never worked. The building decided to recode the parking fob and I was never informed. It took almost one month to get my fob fixed. And this issue has impacted my income since I work as an Uber driver. Once again, one of the internal lights is fauty and blinking all the time and they keep blaming their electrician for not being able to do what he was supposed to. Bascially it's never their problem and they do nothing to solve it either (even though I live a few blocks from them). I've been living 7 years in Sydney and this is by far the most unhelpful real estate I've rented with. Professionals is definitely the most innacurate nave for them.

Fantastic experience: Richard and his team (shout out to Marian and Richard individually) were absolutely amazing, professional and so friendly in our rental application Process. From the very start, when I went to the inspection, Richard was extremely friendly and joking around and gave the impression that he wanted to be there and make genuine connections with the people inspecting the property which made it so much easier to make a year long decision. It was probably the time I experienced real estate agents that treated us as real humans and showed us compassion and made sure we were always kept up to date even when things went wrong or there were last minute changes. I've had some horror ones in the past and some that do the bare minimum - but Professionals are anything but that from the time I've been renting from them, fair and honest the whole time. They even recommended the house we're in now for us when we were looking. I had something break and by chance they were doing an inspection downstairs, the friendly & professional agent got it sorted for us so quick, it was fixed with a full replacement in a span of a few hours.
