Negative experience: They are not trustworthy. I signed a contract with them and paid them my deposit for a property. But very next day just for couple of thousand dollars. they literally canceled my contact which was already signed. Because of that I and my family literally were left heartbroken. I would never trust these very unprofessional and untrustworthy individuals. Especially Robi Islam.

Negative experience: I changed property management over to land & Lease. Ashok handled the change over. He promised a high level of services. Infact they are worst than the previous agent. I didn't stay long. I moved agency within two months. On the day of file collection. They didn't hand over the spare keys to my new property Manager. They misplaced and lost my spare keys. I have contacted Ashok and querying about my spare keys. He simply ignore your emails, text messages and chose to stay completely silent... Can you trust them with your valuable asset? Do you want to do business with people like that? Absolutely not! My final word: untrustworthy, no accountability

Negative experience: I recently rented a place with land and lease at Oran park and let me tell how bad the experience was….. the communication was really unprofessional. I had issues with the gas stove which was broken since I first moved in there and it was lacking my ability to cook anything because it was the big burner that didn’t work. I was in talks with the properly manager at land and lease and no one gave me a clear indication or communicated with me about fixing the issue. I raised the issue one more then 1 occasion but no one got back to me… the blinds in the balcony didn’t close properly so you can see everything inside the house including when you come out of the shower which invaded a breach of privacy. When I confronted the issues to land and lease someone came to the house for a house inspection and took photos and I advised them of the issues around the house and he took photos to relay the message to the landlord. That landlord told me he will definitely contact me to get these issues fixed. After not getting a single phone call I decided to call them back a week later to the property manager who came but didn’t answer and never returned my phone call. Another experience I faced as well was there was no shower seal on the shower and every time you would take a shower the whole bathroom would flood. That issue was raised as well but as per usual no one at land and lease cared to even have it looked at so I took it in my own hands to fix that issue myself. This is really unprofessional and poor form from the real estate and shouldn’t treat tenants like this and put them in a position where they can’t do anything about the issues that are happening at the property. Please reconsider choosing land and lease as your preferred real estate because I wouldn’t want anything like this happen to anymore.

Negative experience: Very frustrating to deal with. If you are a tenant and you see their listing - run as fast as you can. I was with them for last 2 years and Afra was pain to deal with, she was always so rude and talked to me like she's the property owner and I am doing her a favour living at her place. It's perplexing to me that these guys mange to get 5 star reviews at all.

Fantastic experience: I recently changed my investment propwrty agent to Land & Lease Realty after reading the great reviews being provided to them by other landlords. I am surprised and pleased to learn what was being said about them were very true. Ashok is very proactive in managing the property and my expectations with his "Leave it to me" attitude and delivers the outcome I want. This is what I find lacking in my previous experiences with other agents who are not proactive in managing the property and ensuring rents are collected on time. They will only come clean to you when you start asking them questions. In the first 2 months, they managed to collect arrears from the previous tenants who moved out without paying their 3 weeks of rent and also left a mess to clean up (due to negligence from previous agent). They also managed to rent out my property at an increased rent of 20%. As landlords I want to be able to leave my property management to an agent whom I trust will do the right things to ensure the property is managed properly and I do not need to worry about anything. Given this is only the 2nd month with them, I will endeavour to provide another updated review after 6 months.
