Negative experience: Owner Abdul is Dishonest…

Negative experience: Probably the worst customer service EVER! Changed to multiple YPA agencies and one is worse than the other. My current agent Rahma does nothing for me but happily gets paid every month her agent fee. I live in Sydney and I’ve had multiple issues with my tenant that my agent urges me to pay but then when I investigate myself turns out that it’s the tenants wrongdoing. Why have an agent if you do all the leg work yourself! Ridiculous. Furthermore I only get responses when it’s suitable otherwise my emails and messages go ignored until I get charged for something I’ve previously questioned. If I call and need them to check my property I get “that’s not our job”! I’ve done more agency work on my own property by being one Sydney then my paid agents do.

Negative experience: - Haven't fixed issues I've brought up. - Smoke alarms that should have been inspected and had new batteries in them before I moved in started beeping because the battery was dead after a few months. When I opened it to replace the battery it was covered in thick dust and the battery was so old it was rusted over and took force to remove. - Organised an inspection on a Saturday and they were a no show, which blew out the only day I have off during the week to accommodate their inspection and they just plum forgot about it. If you can help it, don't use these guys.

Negative experience: Downright Rude Don’t return phone calls Worst real estates EVER

Negative experience: WORST REAL ESTATE EVER!!! I have been renting my house with these guys for one year and found them very unorganised and unprofessional. Property manager was ridiculous and not once has she done an inspection for the house to see if it was still in good condition. My house is trashed now due to the property manager not doing her job properly. The tenants have never paid rent on time and are always 3/4 weeks late on paying and when you ask property manager to issue them with a vacate notice she just ignores and doesn’t pick up her phone. To anyone who’s looking to rent their home if you want your home looking like a tip yard get in touch with these guys. YPA estate agents.

Negative experience: Do not use this real estate to rent out your property unless you want it back trashed I rented my house for 1 year with these guys and went through hell to get my rent money each month and now the tenant has left my house with a heap of rubbish that will cost thousands to remove and on top of that l he’s keeping a hold of my house keys and doesnt want to return them. Thats what happens when the property manager wants to get her friend in there to rent out my house

Negative experience: Incompetent rental department. Rented a property for 3 years and in this time each and everytime I requested repairs I was ignored and told that the landlord hasn't given approval (including for essential repairs - leaking sewerage and a flooded bathroom) Absolute headache everytime having to go through consumer affairs to get things fixed. And also having to apply to VCAT to just get my bond back as no one bothered to even contact me post lease after multiple messages. You may say that you can't fix things without the landlords consent but how you can associate your business with a landlord like this and re-lease the property to more tenants? Clearly shows you don't care about your tenants welfare and are only interested in the money

Negative experience: Very unprofessional and inexperienced rental team absolutely terrible avoid at all costs...during lease big head ache to get essential services fixed, end of lease had to go to consumer affairs and VCAT to get bond back in full! Very shifty agents they hide all the problems with the properties they rent then don't get things fixed. Absolute disgrace they shouldn't be allowed to rent a tent let alone a house!!! Save yourself a MAJOR headache and bond theft. Go with any agent but NOT YPA Glenroy!

Negative experience: Please. I have been dealing with YPA's sales and property management over a year now and the communications are always lacking. The sales agent was very good and responsive even works late night to complete deals. However ever since contract signed the agent have gone disappeared and not responding to my calls / text. The property manager also lacks efficient communications - one time I have an maintenance bill debited twice (deducted from rent again after instructing me to pay first) Also the agent are very slow to respond and often have to get myself to speak to the tenant to have problems resolved. Overall just not a pleasant experience to deal with due to poor communications.

Negative experience: I had one of my rental properties listed and managed by these agents to my experience - they are pathetic, horrible , unprofessional and dishonest . They are also Liars ! I would strongly advise any of the fellow property owners to save themselves a hassle and find someone else who are looking to work for you and not against you.

Positive experience: Make sure to do your own entry inspection and report any issue as generally realestate agents won't provide an accurate report where these reports sometimes contain outdated information and especially if the agent left the company or you have to deal with the landlord directly.

Negative experience: YPA real estate agency Glenroy cancelled not 1 but 2 of my auctions and wasted about 3 months of my time and caused me financial losses at the same time. They also wanted me to sell my house for much less than what its worth. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Zoran was absoutly amazing, as we had never been threw the process before he explained everything clearly answered any questions we had clearly and so we 100% understood what was happening couldn't be more happy with his services highly recomend him to anyone selling a property.

Negative experience: Unprofessional service. Owner have to deals with all problems alone they just take money . Ypa promise to claim bond money to owner but when it time to claim then you be left alone.Unhelpful, property hadn’t been look after well. Agent wasn’t even realise tenant unpaid. Neglect their responsibility. Has problems with tenant the agency won’t do anything.

Negative experience: Not happy with there service because having had problems with the tenants and needed to get them evicted. The agents did not want to have anything to do with me so far as to I had to claim my bond back by myself and they totally neglected me and ignored my emails when I was asking for help.

Negative experience: Extremely poor communication and lacking in any form of reliability. Once the initial offer gets accepted, they suddenly become ghosts, never to be useful again.

Negative experience: there service is pathetic. 'My settlement was delayed for 6 months due to sellers fault but the whole 6 months YPA agents were without any clue that what is going on other side. Seller asked me to release my deposit and they were try to justify him. Were only after there commission.
