Fantastic experience: We moved to Belle Property after an extremely poor experience with our previous managing agent, who fundamentally mishandled the leasing process. Prospective tenants were not followed up, at least one applicant was incorrectly told the property had already been leased, and we were provided applications that clearly did not meet our criteria. Throughout this period, communication was inconsistent and, when concerns were raised, we were met with deflection rather than accountability. The result was unnecessary stress, extended vacancy, and financial loss. Nicole Cropper stepped in and immediately restored confidence. Her communication was clear, proactive, and transparent from the outset. She personally followed up every applicant, provided concise summaries the very next day, and took full ownership of getting the property back on track. Negative experience: Having been both a tenant and a buyer from Belle Property, I can imagine they are fantastic if you're a landlord or a seller (as the reviews would suggest). However as tenants and home buyers with Belle, we were less than impressed with their service. We recently purchased our first home and found them to be fairly indifferent throughout the process. Aside from a few pushy phone calls to close the deal, we had very limited contact with anyone unless they directly needed something from us to make their job easier. During our final inspection, the staff member who attended made it fairly obvious he was there begrudgingly, and would've rathered been anywhere else in the world. Finally after a delayed settlement due to no fault of our own, we were told we could collect the keys from reception as long as we arrived at the office within the next five minutes (as they close at 5pm). We're very happy with the property but it sold itself, no thanks to Belle Property. Instead, we were left feeling like just another payment on the lease of the agent's Porsche.

Negative experience: Due to poor advice from Darren, I missed out on acquiring a "one off" property of my dreams. My offer had been accepted on a property in Towradgi, but over the course of a weekend, the vendor withdrew the property. I had asked Darren if I should pay the deposit on the Friday, and he assured me that there was no need. I had already committed to the sale of my existing property, at the time and as a result of his advice, I not only lost the property, but was left homeless and failed to find another suitable property. He offered no further assistance with my need to acquire property. As a cash buyer, I should have been treated better. Don't be fooled into thinking that this man has any interest in anything other than his own financial gain.
