Fantastic experience: We recently bought our home through Jack at Dimonsons, and honestly, we couldn’t be happier with the experience. I was pretty fussy going into it and had my heart set on living in Port Kembla. But Jack really took the time to listen to what I actually wanted “being close to the water and having somewhere nice to walk the dog. Based on that, he suggested a place in Mount Warrigal, which I probably wouldn’t have considered myself… and it ended up being perfect. He didn’t just try to make a sale he genuinely worked with us the whole way through, especially during the loan process. He was always checking in, giving us updates, and making sure we felt comfortable and supported the entire time. What really stood out was how much he cared. When the sold sign went up, he was just as excited as we were even surprised us with flowers, which was such a nice personal touch. Jack is professional, easy to deal with, and actually listens, which makes all the difference. If you’re looking to buy, I’d 100% recommend getting in touch with him and the team at Dimonsons. Couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out.

Mitchell and his team were professional, honest, and always went the extra mile to make the process smooth and straightforward. They were easy to deal with, kept great communication, and made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend Mitchell and the Dimosons team if you’re looking to buy or sell.

Negative experience: The typical bottom feeding real estate agents who will attempt to wrongly swindle a tenant's bond. They will claim the premises is unclean, they will attempt to state tenant obligations for rectifying design flaws in things such landscaping. Recommended for anyone leasing a property off these guys, take photos of everything when vacating. Attend the final inspection and video the interaction. Look over your leases with a fine tooth comb as they will also misstate facts. Poor ethics all round. If zero stars could be given it would be. Thankfully we took photos and have all leases that were signed and are headed to the tribunal.

Fantastic experience: We had such a great selling experience with Mitch. He was very professional, knowledgeable, communicative and provided realistic expectations. We would absolutely go through Dimosons again for selling or leasing.

Positive experience: Easy people to deal with. Had to sign a new lease and there was a increase but it was reasonable. In other words, they didn't shaft me which was appreciated.

Negative experience: I never write reviews. This time I feel I have to warn others. Clearly rentals and especially tenants is the last thing this agency cares about. We just moved out of one of their properties and we are so glad we do not have to deal with them any longer. Not only were they not helpful during the tenancy, they also tried to rip us off of our bond after the end of lease inspection. We are angry and disappointed.

As a first home buyer inspecting a fair few properties, Mitch and his offsider Jack were absolutely standout in enthusiasm, care and pride for their role in selling 'smaller' properties. Every other place I'd been to with any other real estate, you could tell that they were just waiting to move onto their next '1M+ property that actually worth their time'. Mitch knew every answer to every question I had about the property, or if he didn't was back to me within the day. He facilitated a fast and very fair close on the deal and recognized and shared the excitement in buying my first home (small apartment in PK). All in all it made something that is very stressful for most nothing but an absolutely positive experience, and a special one at that. The whole process felt very community oriented rather than money oriented, and it was an amazing way to feel welcomed into the overall energy of Port Kembla. Can't recommend them enough.
